[NEWS] Super Junior M Shoot to Top of Billboard World Music Chart

 

Super Junior M, a subgroup comprising core members of popular boy band Super Junior, topped the U.S. Billboard World Albums chart for the week ending Jan. 26 with “Break Down.”

The group was formed specifically to target the Chinese-speaking world and the songs on their second album were performed in Mandarin Chinese.

Girls’ Generation’s “I Got A Boy” topped the same chart for the week ending Jan. 19.

Super Junior M has successfully finished their fan party in China.

Super Junior M has successfully finished their fan party in China.

SM Entertainment stated today, “Super Junior M successfully held their ‘2013 Super Junior-M Fan Party ‘Break Down’ in Nanjing’ on January 19.”

The group performed many of their new songs from their second album. They also held a talk time with fans to answer any questions.

 

Fans also took pictures with the group on stage as well.

On the other hand, Super Junior M has ranked number 1 on the U.S. Billboard World Albums Chart.
